The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of dental terminology and procedures, along with a commitment to providing high-quality patient care. As a Dentist, you will be responsible for diagnosing and treating oral health issues, performing various dental procedures, and ensuring compliance with health regulations. Responsibilities Conduct thorough patient assessments to determine oral health needs and treatment plans. Perform a variety of dental procedures including root canal therapy, prosthodontics, and preventive care. Maintain accurate medical documentation in accordance with HIPAA regulations. Utilize four-handed dentistry techniques to enhance efficiency during procedures. Ensure infection control protocols are strictly followed to maintain a safe environment for patients and staff. Collaborate with dental hygienists, assistants, and administrative staff to provide comprehensive patient care. Stay current with advancements in dental technology and practices to provide the best care possible. Requirements Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Medicine in Dentistry (DMD) degree from an accredited institution. Valid state dental license to practice dentistry. Proficiency in using Dentrix or similar dental practice management software is preferred. Strong knowledge of dental terminology and procedures related to patient assessment and treatment. Excellent communication skills with the ability to build rapport with patients. Commitment to maintaining confidentiality and adhering to HIPAA regulations.
