Job Description

Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Associate Endodontist to join our dynamic dental team. In this vital role, you will provide expert endodontic care, specializing in root canal therapy and other procedures related to the health of the dental pulp and surrounding tissues. Your expertise will help enhance patient outcomes, improve oral health, and deliver exceptional patient experiences. Responsibilities Perform comprehensive endodontic treatments including root canal therapy, retreatments, and apicoectomy procedures with precision and care Collaborate with general dentists and specialists to develop tailored treatment plans that meet individual patient needs Conduct thorough patient assessments, including medical and dental history reviews, to ensure accurate diagnosis and treatment planning Maintain detailed medical documentation and dental records in compliance with HIPAA regulations and clinic policies Utilize advanced dental imaging techniques to diagnose conditions accurately and plan effective treatments Uphold strict infection control protocols using aseptic techniques to ensure patient safety during all procedures Educate patients on their oral health status, treatment options, post-operative care, and prevention strategies Requirements Valid license or certification as an Endodontist or equivalent qualification in your region Proven experience in endodontics, including root canal therapy, dental extractions, and related procedures Proficiency with dental software such as Epic, Eaglesoft, or Dentrix for documentation and scheduling Strong knowledge of dental terminology, anatomy, medical terminology, infection control practices, and medical imaging techniques Experience working in a fast-paced dental clinic environment with a focus on patient care and safety Ability to perform four-handed dentistry efficiently to optimize patient comfort and procedural success Familiarity with pediatric dentistry, oral surgery, prosthodontics, and general dentistry procedures is a plus Excellent communication skills to effectively explain treatments and foster positive patient relationships Join us if you're passionate about delivering top-tier endodontic care in a vibrant team setting!
