Job Description
Job Overview We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Dentist with a specialty in Dental Implants to join our dynamic dental team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to deliver advanced implant procedures, enhance patient smiles, and contribute to comprehensive oral health care. The ideal candidate will possess a passion for innovative dental solutions, exceptional patient care skills, and a commitment to excellence in implant dentistry. As a key member of our clinic, you will play a vital role in transforming lives through state-of-the-art implant treatments and personalized patient experiences. Responsibilities Perform complex dental implant procedures, including placement and restoration, ensuring optimal functional and aesthetic outcomes Conduct thorough patient assessments, including medical and dental histories, to determine suitability for implant therapy Collaborate with dental team members to develop individualized treatment plans that incorporate implant solutions and other restorative options Maintain accurate medical documentation and dental records in compliance with HIPAA regulations and clinic protocols Utilize advanced dental imaging techniques such as 3D scans and radiographs to plan procedures precisely Ensure strict adherence to infection control protocols and aseptic techniques during all clinical procedures Educate patients on implant options, post-operative care, and long-term maintenance to promote successful outcomes Requirements Valid dental license with specialization or extensive experience in Dental Implantology Proven expertise in general dentistry, oral surgery, prosthodontics, endodontics, and pediatric dentistry as applicable Proficiency with dental software such as Epic, Eaglesoft, or Dentrix for documentation and practice management Strong knowledge of dental terminology, anatomy, medical imaging, and infection control standards Experience with dental fabrication processes and root canal therapy is preferred Familiarity with four-handed dentistry techniques to enhance efficiency and patient comfort Excellent patient care skills with the ability to assess needs compassionately and communicate effectively Knowledge of HIPAA regulations and medical documentation requirements in a clinical setting Prior experience working in a busy dental clinic or office environment is highly desirable Join us to be part of a forward-thinking practice dedicated to delivering exceptional implant dentistry while fostering a supportive environment that values continuous learning and professional growth.
