Who We're Looking For

We are seeking a confident, personable, and clinically strong Associate Dentist who is motivated to produce, grow, and deliver an exceptional patient experience.

The ideal candidate is:

Comfortable diagnosing and presenting comprehensive treatment plans Strong in bread-and-butter dentistry, including crowns, fillings, hygiene exams, and restorative care Interested in or experienced with cosmetic dentistry, implants, veneers, and Invisalign/clear aligner therapy Confident in patient communication, treatment presentation, and case acceptance Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-volume environment Growth-oriented, motivated, and coachable Focused on delivering an elevated patient experience

Responsibilities

Perform general, restorative, preventative, and cosmetic dental procedures Conduct comprehensive examinations and diagnose patient needs Present treatment plans clearly and confidently Build trust with patients and provide a high-end, personalized experience Work collaboratively with the clinical and administrative teams to optimize patient flow and production Maintain excellent clinical standards and documentation Continuously improve clinical, treatment-planning, and communication skills Be proficient with Dentrix Be comfortable handling approximately 60-80 new patients per month

Compensation & Benefits

Daily guarantee: $700

Requirements

DDS or DMD from an accredited dental school Minimum 2 years of clinical experience Active California dental license or ability to obtain one Strong clinical, communication, and interpersonal skills Confidence presenting comprehensive treatment plans Commitment to exceptional patient care Desire to grow clinically and financially
