Duties Perform comprehensive general dentistry procedures including examinations, cleanings, fillings, crowns, and extractions with precision and care Conduct thorough patient assessments, including medical and dental history reviews, oral examinations, and diagnostic imaging using medical imaging technology Deliver specialized treatments such as root canal therapy, prosthodontics, endodontics, and oral surgery as needed Maintain accurate and detailed medical documentation and dental records in compliance with HIPAA regulations Utilize dental terminology effectively to communicate treatment plans and educate patients on oral health practices Apply aseptic techniques and infection control protocols to ensure a safe clinical environment for patients and staff Collaborate with team members in four-handed dentistry practices to enhance efficiency and patient comfort Requirements Valid state dental license with current credentials to practice as an Associate Dentist Proficiency in dental software systems such as Epic, Eaglesoft, or Dentrix for scheduling, documentation, and medical records management Strong knowledge of anatomy, medical terminology, dental terminology, and infection control standards Experience with pediatric dentistry, dental extractions, root canal therapy, prosthodontics, endodontics, and oral surgery preferred Excellent patient care skills with the ability to assess patient needs thoroughly and develop appropriate treatment plans Familiarity with HIPAA regulations and medical documentation procedures to ensure confidentiality and compliance Prior experience working in a dental clinic or dental office environment is highly desirable Join us in delivering top-tier dental care while enjoying a supportive environment that values your expertise.
