This position offers an exciting opportunity to utilize your expertise in endodontics within a collaborative, patient-focused environment. You will be responsible for diagnosing complex dental conditions, performing intricate procedures, and ensuring exceptional patient care through precise treatment planning and execution. Duties Perform root canal treatments, retreatments, apicoectomies, and other endodontic procedures with precision and care Conduct comprehensive dental and medical assessments to diagnose endodontic issues accurately Utilize advanced dental imaging techniques to identify infection sites and anatomical complexities Collaborate with general dentists and specialists to develop comprehensive treatment plans tailored to each patient's needs Maintain meticulous medical records and document all procedures in compliance with HIPAA and state healthcare regulations Ensure strict infection control protocols and aseptic techniques are followed during all clinical activities Educate patients about their diagnoses, treatment options, post-operative care, and oral health maintenance Experience Proven experience in performing endodontic procedures within a busy dental clinic or hospital setting Proficiency with dental software such as Epic, Eaglesoft, or Dentrix for documentation and scheduling Strong knowledge of dental terminology, anatomy, medical imaging, and infection control practices Familiarity with general dentistry procedures including dental extractions, prosthodontics, orthodontics, oral surgery, and dental implants is preferred Ability to communicate effectively with patients of diverse backgrounds, including pediatrics when necessary Demonstrated expertise in utilizing aseptic techniques and adhering to healthcare diagnosis standards Prior experience with four-handed dentistry to optimize efficiency during procedures Join us in delivering top-tier endodontic care that transforms smiles!
