We are looking for an exceptional Pediatric Dental Treatment Coordinator who is excited to make a long-term commitment to our team and grow with our practice. Responsibilities include:

Present treatment plans and recommendations to parents and caregivers Help families understand their child's recommended care and what to expect Discuss treatment fees, estimated insurance benefits, financing, and payment options Schedule treatment and coordinate care from diagnosis through completion Follow up with families who have not yet scheduled recommended treatment Help keep our doctors' schedules full and productive Verify insurance benefits and explain coverage and estimates to families Collect payments and help maintain accurate patient accounts Communicate professionally and warmly with families by phone, text, and email Help create a seamless, personalized experience for every family Experience we're looking for: At least 1 year of dental experience is required. Pediatric dental experience is strongly preferred. Experience with the following is a plus: Treatment coordination and case presentation Dental insurance and benefit verification Patient financing and financial discussions Scheduling Pediatric dentistry Customer service, hospitality, or sales While we can teach our systems and the way we do things, this is not an entry-level dental position.
