Our practice is growing, and we have a very important pair of shoes to fill! We are looking for an exceptional Pediatric Dental Treatment Coordinator who is excited to make a long-term commitment to our team and grow with our practice. We're not a typical dental office—and we're intentional about that. We believe a dental visit should feel personal, thoughtful, and genuinely caring. We take the time to educate families, answer questions, understand their concerns, and help parents feel confident about the decisions they're making for their children. For us, great customer service isn't an extra— it's part of great patient care. We're looking for someone who shares that philosophy and genuinely enjoys taking care of people. You should be able to build relationships with families while also being organized, proactive, adaptable, and confident discussing treatment and finances. What does a great fit look like to us? You genuinely enjoy people—especially children and families. You are warm, personable, and an excellent communicator. You're confident without being pushy. You can comfortably discuss treatment, finances, insurance, and next steps while helping parents feel informed rather than pressured. You're flexible and adaptable. You understand that pediatric dentistry doesn't always go according to plan and can adjust when schedules, circumstances, or priorities change. You're proactive and take ownership. You notice what needs to be done, follow through, and don't need to be reminded of every next step. You bring a positive, solution-oriented attitude. When challenges come up, you focus on what we can do and help move things forward. You're a team player. You are willing to jump in, help others, and care about the success of the team—not just your individual responsibilities. You're organized and manage your time well. You can keep track of multiple treatment plans, follow-ups, financial details, and conversations without letting things fall through the cracks. You care about the experience you create. You understand that your tone, communication, and attention to detail can completely shape how a family feels about our office.
