ABOUT THE EMPLOYER

Private dental practice providing a comprehensive suite of dental services to patients ranging from about 16 years old to 80.

Compensation:

30% of production, minimum daily $800.

We are looking for a personable, kind, clinically great dentist for our busy practice in a friendly California Central Coast community of about 45,000 people. Your responsibilities will include General Dentistry, same-day service (working in an extraction not originally on schedule), anterior root canal therapy (refer molars out), being open to learning some dental implant placement, wisdom teeth extractions (refer out procedures out of scope), and removable/denture cases. Bread and butter dentistry done good! We are open to providing partnership for the right dentist. In our Lompoc office, we deliver General Dentistry, root canal therapy (anteriors only) implant placements, All-on-Four denture conversions, and more. The office has 4 5 treatment rooms with up-to-date equipment. Our associates earn between $17k - $34k per month working 3 days/week.
