Job Description

Pediatric Dentist - Part-Time We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Pediatric Dentist to join our growing dental team on a part-time basis . The ideal candidate enjoys working with children and is committed to providing exceptional clinical care while creating a positive, comfortable experience for patients and their families. Responsibilities Provide comprehensive dental care to infants, children, and adolescents Perform examinations, preventive care, restorative procedures, and extractions as appropriate Diagnose conditions and develop individualized treatment plans Educate patients and parents on oral hygiene and preventive care Effectively manage children with varying levels of anxiety and cooperation Communicate treatment recommendations clearly with parents and guardians Maintain accurate clinical records and treatment documentation Work collaboratively with dental assistants and the entire dental team Follow all clinical, OSHA, HIPAA, and infection-control protocols Qualifications DDS or DMD from an accredited dental school Completion of a Pediatric Dentistry residency Active California dental license Current CPR/BLS certification Strong pediatric clinical skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Warm, patient, and comfortable working with children Ability to establish trust with both children and parents Position Details Part-time Flexible schedule No weekends Competitive compensation based on experience Supportive and collaborative team environment Modern dental practice Opportunity for long-term growth
