Associate General Dentist

Our team is amazing and we are searching for an associate to join us in our mission to provide the best dental care possible for our incredible patients. The position is Full time or part-time to start, but there is a huge opportunity for growth with us. We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Dentist to join our dental practice. As a Dentist, you will provide comprehensive dental care to patients of all ages. Responsibilities:

• Perform routine dental examinations, including oral cancer screenings and dental X-rays
• Diagnose and treat various dental conditions, such as cavities, gum disease, and tooth decay
• Administer anesthetics to patients as needed for pain management during procedures
• Create treatment plans and discuss them with patients, ensuring they understand the procedures and associated costs
• Perform dental procedures such as fillings, extractions, root canals, and crown placements
• Educate patients on proper oral hygiene techniques and preventive care measures
• Collaborate with other dental professionals, such as dental hygienists and orthodontists, to provide comprehensive patient care
• Stay up-to-date with advancements in dentistry and participate in continuing education courses

Requirements:

• Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD) degree from an accredited dental school
• Valid state dental license in good standing
• Proven experience as a Dentist or in a similar role
• In-depth knowledge of infection control protocols and practices
• Proficiency in using dental office software systems for medical documentation
• Familiarity with medical terminology and coding procedures
• Strong communication skills to effectively interact with patients and staff
• Excellent manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination for performing precise dental procedures
