In this vital role, you will deliver comprehensive dental care, ensuring exceptional patient experiences and optimal oral health outcomes. Your expertise will help foster a welcoming environment where patients feel confident and cared for. Compensation Compensation is based on 50% of daily production. We believe that a high performing dentist committed to quality care should benefit from the fruits of his/her labor. Considering that most dental offices have between 40-60% overhead expense, essentially the qualified candidate is running his or her own practice with zero start up expenses. Lab and material fees will also be divided at 50%. All other expenses will be paid by our office. Responsibilities Perform a wide range of dental procedures including examinations, cleanings, fillings, extractions, root canal therapy, prosthodontics, and oral surgery with precision and care. Conduct thorough patient assessments by reviewing medical and dental histories, performing clinical examinations, and utilizing medical imaging techniques. Develop individualized treatment plans based on patient needs while explaining procedures clearly and ensuring informed consent. Maintain accurate and detailed medical records in compliance with HIPAA regulations and office protocols. Utilize dental software such as Epic, Eaglesoft, or Dentrix for scheduling, documentation, and treatment planning to streamline workflow. Uphold strict infection control standards using aseptic techniques and proper sterilization procedures to ensure patient safety. Collaborate effectively with team members in a four-handed dentistry setup to enhance efficiency and patient comfort. Stay current with advancements in pediatric dentistry, endodontics, and other specialties to provide the highest standard of care. Educate patients on oral hygiene practices, preventive care, and post-treatment instructions to promote long-term oral health. Experience Proven experience working in a dental clinic or dental office environment with a focus on general dentistry. Demonstrated proficiency in dental terminology, medical terminology, and anatomy knowledge relevant to oral health. Hands-on experience performing dental extractions, root canal therapy, prosthodontics, endodontics, and oral surgery procedures. Familiarity with dental imaging techniques and medical documentation standards aligned with HIPAA compliance. Strong background in pediatric dentistry or treating pediatric patients is preferred but not required. Knowledge of dental fabrication processes and experience with electronic health record systems such as Epic or Dentrix is highly desirable. Ability to communicate effectively with diverse patient populations while maintaining professionalism and compassion.
