Compensation:
$200,000 to $500,000 depending on experience, assignments, and productivity.

ABOUT THE POSITION
Are you a motivated General Dentist who enjoys staying busy, performing a wide variety of procedures, and being rewarded for your productivity? If you're looking for a career that's challenging, financially rewarding, and never routine, we'd like to talk with you. What You'll Do You will provide comprehensive general dentistry while traveling to locations throughout the Bay Area, Northern California, Oregon, and Washington state. Travel assignments typically last several days up to 2 weeks at a time, with all travel expenses covered. We will help with licensure in other states as needed. You'll perform a broad range of procedures, including: Restorative dentistry (fillings) Extractions Root canal therapy Crown and bridge preparation Cleanings Scaling and Root Planing (SRP) Periodontal maintenance And other comprehensive general dentistry services Patient populations vary by location, primarily adults, giving you exposure to a wide variety of diagnoses and treatment needs. This is not a repetitive office schedule where every day looks the same. We are looking for someone who: Thrives in a fast-paced, highly productive clinical environment Is motivated to produce at a high level while maintaining excellent patient care Enjoys working as part of a collaborative team Enjoys practicing the full scope of general dentistry Is willing to learn new techniques and expand clinical skills Is comfortable stepping outside their comfort zone Goes the extra mile for patients and teammates Is an excellent communicator with a personable chairside manner Enjoys travel and changing work environments Is proficient with digital intraoral scanning Has experience designing and producing partials and dentures utilizing the Pro 2 SprintRay 3D printing system This opportunity is best suited for dentists who want to stay busy, continue growing professionally, and be rewarded for their productivity.
