The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality dental care to our patients, ensuring their comfort and satisfaction throughout their treatment journey. The Associate Dentist will work collaboratively with our team to deliver comprehensive dental services while adhering to the highest standards of patient care. Duties Conduct thorough patient assessments and develop individualized treatment plans. Maintain aseptic techniques to ensure a safe and sterile environment for all dental treatments. Keep accurate and detailed patient records using OpenDental software system. Educate patients on oral health practices and preventive care measures. Collaborate with team members to provide seamless patient care. Stay current with industry trends and advancements in dental technology and techniques. Skills Strong knowledge of aseptic techniques and infection control protocols. Comprehensive understanding of dental anatomy and procedures. Excellent patient assessment skills with the ability to communicate effectively with patients regarding their treatment options. Experience in a dental clinic setting is preferred. Familiarity with OpenDental software system is a plus. Commitment to providing exceptional patient care with a compassionate approach.
