We are not looking for someone who simply wants to adjust braces and go home. We are looking for a doctor who is passionate about growth and development, enjoys learning, embraces accountability, and genuinely loves serving patients and families.
Our mission is simple:
Making Orthodontics the BEST Part of Your Day. We are a single-location, technology-driven orthodontic practice focused on delivering exceptional patient experiences and excellent clinical outcomes through systems, education, innovation, and teamwork. What Makes Synergi Different Strong focus on growth guidance, early intervention, and airway-centered orthodontics We serve many health-conscious and alternative minded families who value preventive care, education, and a holistic approach to health (We have a preference for dye-free and fluoride free products) Highly Detailed Protocols and Systems that are continuously evolving and improvingActive collaboration with myofunctional therapists and airway-focused providersExpansion treatment beginning as early as age 3 when indicated

treatment for adultsBraces and expansion-focused practice (approximately 90% braces / 10% aligners)In-house 3D printing and digital appliance developmentAdvanced digital workflow utilizing CBCT, intraoral scanning, digital treatment planning, and in-house aligner fabrication Who Thrives Here The ideal candidate is warm, friendly, humble, confident, curious, accountable, highly motivated, empathetic, and always improving, while concurrently able to make patients laugh and set the clinic energy as joyful and fun. Our associate doctor is a leader, teacher, and learner. We believe no role in the practice is beneath anyone. The associate doctor should understand patient communication, insurance processes, records, treatment coordination, technology systems, and practice operations. Our associate doctor gets just as much enthusiasm and excitement from the business side of the practice, as the clinical side of the practice. Our team operates with a "whole is greater than the self" mentality. The right candidate will be excited to learn and contribute to the evolving Synergi systems and treatment philosophy while helping us continue to refine and improve them. The right candidate will see this associate position as an interview for partnership and ownership. Requirements DDS/DMD and Certificate in Orthodontics from an accredited program Eligible for California licensure Minimum of two (2) years of clinical orthodontic practice experience following residency training. New graduates will not be considered. Demonstrated experience and education in airway-focused orthodontic treatment. We are seeking a doctor who has actively incorporated airway-focused diagnosis and treatment into practice, not simply someone with a casual interest in the topic. Experience with dentofacial orthopedics, growth guidance, and expansion therapy Strong communication and relationship-building skills Commitment to clinical excellence and lifelong learning This position requires becoming an active member of the Rancho Cucamonga/Inland Empire community and developing long-term roots in the area with a willingness to reside in a location within proximity to the practice that allows meaningful participation in practice leadership, community outreach, referral development, and occasional after-hours events. In other words, this position is not a temporary commuting opportunity.
Employment Details Position Type:
W-2
Associate Orthodontist Schedule:
Approximately 3-4 days per week (Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, and Friday)

Q4 2026 Our Compensation Philosophy At Synergi, doctors are expected to contribute to the overall success of the practice through clinical excellence, patient experience, leadership, systems improvement, referral development, team development, marketing, and practice growth. Our compensation structure is intentionally designed to reward ownership-minded behavior. While a base per diem provides stability, a meaningful portion of total compensation is tied to measurable contributions that improve patient outcomes, operational efficiency, practice growth, and team performance.
