You will be responsible for diagnosing complex dental conditions, performing precise treatments, and ensuring optimal patient outcomes. Responsibilities Conduct thorough patient assessments to diagnose endodontic issues using dental terminology and medical imaging techniques. Perform root canal therapy, dental extractions, and other advanced endodontic procedures with precision and aseptic technique. Collaborate with general dentists, pediatric dentists, oral surgeons, and prosthodontists to develop comprehensive treatment plans. Maintain accurate medical records and document all procedures in compliance with HIPAA regulations and medical documentation standards. Utilize dental office software such as Epic, Eaglesoft, or Dentrix for scheduling, charting, and managing patient information efficiently. Ensure strict infection control protocols are followed to prevent cross-contamination and uphold safety standards. Educate patients on their dental health, treatment options, and post-procedure care to promote informed decision-making. Qualifications Valid state licensure as an Endodontist with certification in endodontics. Proven experience in dental office settings or dental clinics with a focus on endodontic procedures. Proficiency in dental terminology, medical terminology, and medical imaging technology. Strong knowledge of anatomy relevant to oral surgery, prosthodontics, and pediatric dentistry. Skilled in four-handed dentistry techniques to enhance efficiency and patient comfort during procedures. Familiarity with electronic health records systems such as Epic, Eaglesoft or Dentrix.
