General Dentist (Part-Time) -
Growth & Partnership Opportunity Location:
Redwood City, CA New acquired dental office is seeking a motivated and patient-focused General Dentist to join our growing practice. This is an excellent opportunity for a new graduate or an experienced dentist looking to become part of a modern practice with significant growth potential. We are looking for someone who enjoys providing high-quality patient care, values teamwork, and is interested in growing with the practice over time.
Position Part-time:
2 days per week to start 8-hour clinical days Opportunity to increase days as the practice grows PPO practice Modern office with 3 fully equipped operatories Digital panoramic X-ray Intraoral scanner Friendly, bilingual team Compensation Guaranteed minimum of $800 per day Productivity bonus Long-term opportunity for partnership/ownership with the practice Responsibilities Perform comprehensive dental examinations and develop treatment plans. Provide restorative dentistry, simple extractions, preventive care, crowns, bridges, dentures, and other general dentistry procedures. Educate patients on oral health and treatment options. Maintain accurate clinical documentation. Collaborate with the dental team to provide an excellent patient experience. Follow all infection control and California dental regulations. Qualifications DDS or DMD degree from an accredited dental school. Active California dental license (or eligible before start date). DEA license (or ability to obtain). Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong commitment to patient-centered care. New graduates are encouraged to apply. Mentorship is available. Why Join Vida Dental?
