Our confidential, doctor-owned group practice is seeking a Pediatric Dentist—or a General Dentist with a strong pediatric focus—to join a thriving children's practice in Reno, Nevada. You'll step into an established patient base, work alongside an experienced support team, and enjoy the autonomy and flexibility that come with a private, dentist-led organization. Why Dentists Love This Opportunity Immediate Patient Demand Established pediatric patient base with strong community reputation Busy schedule from day one Experienced clinical and administrative support team High-volume practice with significant earning potential Built-In Specialty Support Integrated orthodontic program within the practice Continuity of care for patients and families Collaborative environment with specialty support when needed Private Practice Culture 100% dentist-owned and dentist-led No DSO or private equity oversight Clinical autonomy and provider-first leadership Long-term focus on quality care and professional growth Flexible Part-Time Schedule 2 days per week (approximately 8 days per month) 9-hour clinical days Opportunity to expand days as patient demand continues to grow Compensation Pediatric Dentist 30% of collections, including imaging and nitrous Equivalent to approximately 35-37% of total collections $1,200 daily guarantee Pediatric-Focused General Dentist 30% of collections $1,000 daily guarantee Annualized Earnings Potential $230,400-$460,800+ per year , depending on schedule, production, and scope of practice.
