Job Description
Overview We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Associate Dentist to join our dynamic dental practice. The ideal candidate will possess a passion for patient care and a commitment to providing high-quality dental services. As an Associate Dentist, you will play a crucial role in delivering comprehensive dental care, ensuring patient comfort, and contributing to the overall success of our practice. Production-based bonus opportunities. Duties Perform a variety of dental procedures including, but not limited to, dental fillings, extractions, endodontics, crowns, bridges. Conduct thorough examinations and assessments of patients' oral health. Develop and implement treatment plans tailored to individual patient needs. Maintain accurate medical documentation and patient records in compliance with legal and ethical standards. Utilize medical imaging techniques to assist in diagnosis and treatment planning. Ensure the highest standards of aseptic technique are followed during all procedures. Collaborate with assistants, and administrative staff to provide exceptional patient care. Educate patients on oral health practices and preventive care strategies. Qualifications Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Medicine in Dentistry (DMD) degree from an accredited dental school. Valid state dental license with no restrictions on practice. Proficiency in using dental practice management software is preferred. Strong knowledge of medical terminology and familiarity with medical documentation practices. Excellent communication skills with the ability to build rapport with patients of all ages. Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment while demonstrating professionalism and compassion.
