This is a fast-paced dental office, and the ideal candidate must be comfortable managing time efficiently while providing high-quality care to multiple patients throughout the day. The right fit will be clinically skilled, organized, and committed to patient education and exceptional service. In this role, you will diagnose and treat a wide range of dental conditions, perform comprehensive procedures, and help patients achieve and maintain optimal oral health. Strong time management skills and the ability to maintain productivity without compromising quality of care are essential. You will work alongside an experienced and supportive team dedicated to delivering outstanding dentistry in a professional and welcoming environment. Responsibilities Conduct thorough examinations of patients' teeth and gums to assess oral health. Diagnose dental conditions and develop treatment plans tailored to individual patient needs. Perform a variety of dental procedures, including fillings, extractions, root canals, crowns and preventive care. Utilize aseptic techniques to maintain a sterile environment during procedures. Keep accurate medical records and documentation of patient treatments and progress. Collaborate with dental hygienists, assistants, and administrative staff to ensure seamless patient care. Educate patients on oral hygiene practices and preventive care measures. Requirements Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Medicine in Dentistry (DMD) degree from an accredited institution. Valid state dental license to practice dentistry. Valid CPR license Valid Malpractice license Proficiency in medical terminology and dental terminology. Familiarity with medical documentation, medical imaging, and medical records management. Experience with oral surgery techniques is advantageous. Strong understanding of anatomy knowledge relevant to dentistry. Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well with patients of all ages.
