The ideal candidate has a positive attitude and will be responsible for providing high-quality dental care to patients while ensuring their comfort and well-being. This role requires a strong understanding of general dentistry practices, excellent patient assessment skills, and the ability to work effectively and communicate effectively in a team-oriented environment. Buy-in opportunity for the right candidate. Pay is base salary + bonus. Schedule is Mondays - Wednesdays Responsibilities Conduct comprehensive patient assessments and develop individualized treatment plans. Perform a variety of dental procedures, including but not limited to root canal therapy, fillings, and extractions. Maintain accurate medical documentation in compliance with HIPAA regulations. Utilize aseptic techniques to ensure patient safety during all procedures. Educate patients on oral health and hygiene practices to promote preventive care. Collaborate with dental hygienists and other staff members to provide exceptional patient care. Stay current with advancements in dental technology and techniques through continuous education. Experience Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Medicine in Dentistry (DMD) degree from an accredited institution. Proven experience in a dental clinic setting, demonstrating proficiency in general dentistry practices. Strong knowledge of anatomy, medical terminology, and patient assessment techniques. Familiarity with electronic health record systems such as Epic is preferred but not required. Commitment to maintaining high standards of patient care while adhering to safety protocols.
