• Part-Time Opportunity (2 Days per Month) Established private practice on California's beautiful Central Coast is seeking a skilled Endodontist or an experienced General Dentist with advanced proficiency in endodontic therapy, particularly molar root canal treatment , to provide endodontic care two days per month , with the opportunity to expand as demand continues to grow.

Position Details Part-time:

2 days per month to start Opportunity to increase days as patient demand grows Primarily perform endodontic procedures, with emphasis on molar endodontics Flexible scheduling Compensation We offer a highly competitive compensation package designed to attract experienced clinicians: 45% of collections No lab fees Independent contractor (1099) arrangement Strong patient flow with excellent earning potential Ideal Candidate DDS or DMD Endodontist , or General Dentist with extensive experience and demonstrated proficiency in endodontic therapy, especially molar root canal treatment California dental license (or eligible for licensure) Excellent clinical judgment and high standard of patient care Strong communication skills and compassionate chairside manner Ability to work efficiently in a collaborative team environment Location Santa Maria, California—located on California's scenic Central Coast, offering an outstanding quality of life with beautiful beaches, year-round mild weather, world-class wineries, and convenient access to Santa Barbara and San Luis Obispo.
