Advanced Dentistry & Implants (ADI) is a boutique, single-doctor practice in Littleton, Colorado. We are hiring a part-time associate to cover Thursdays and Fridays, 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM, in a fully built-out, technology-forward office. This is an opportunity, not just a job. You will step into a practice that operates at the level you will see referenced in CE courses years from now, and you will learn how a modern dental business actually runs. What You Will Work With 5 fully equipped operatories In-office CBCT, both PrimeScan & iTero, SprintRay 3D printing CEREC same-day restorations Five-axis CNC milling with in-house zirconia and e.max fabrication Full digital workflow from scan to seat Dentrix Ascend, fully integrated digital charting Your Scope of Practice General dentistry and Invisalign. Comprehensive exams, restorative, same-day CEREC crowns and e.max restorations, crown and bridge, endo within comfort level, and clear aligner therapy. Build your own patient relationships and treatment plans across the full range of general practice. Hygiene Model You perform your own prophys, periodontal cleanings, and patient hygiene on your days. No dedicated hygienist on Thursdays and Fridays. This is a deliberate part of the role. It keeps your schedule full, your production in your hands, and your patient relationships direct from day one. If you have never run your own hygiene, this is excellent early-career experience. Scope Boundary All surgical procedures, including extractions, implant surgery, implant prosthetics, and full-arch cases, are handled exclusively by the owner doctor. This is not a path to surgical or implant training. It is a path to becoming an excellent general dentist inside a practice that runs at a high level. $55.00 - $90.00 per hour
