Job Description
Our modern, tech-driven dental practice in downtown Washington, DC is seeking an experienced Dental Associate to join our high-performing team. The ideal candidate is equally passionate about patient care and team success, strives for clinical excellence, and is a growth-minded dental leader looking for autonomy, flexibility, and professional development. Responsibilities:
Perform root canals on both anterior and posterior teeth Complete non-complex extractions Conduct crown and bridge preparations Utilize iTero scanning and digital workflows Manage a fast-paced schedule , including: Two hygiene checks per hour and running two operatories simultaneously Deliver high-quality, patient centered care Communicate clearly with patients and team membersRequirements:
Experienced professionals only (3+ years preferred) Valid DC DMD or DDS license Strong clinical skills and confidence in general dentistry Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a busy practice Professional, reliable, and team-oriented Strong personal integrity, work ethic, and respect for the team and patient experienceWhat We Offer:
