This opportunity is in a practice that is state of the art, has a full referral base, comes with all equipment needed to be successful, and comes with a potential path to partnership. This is a PPO/FFS practice with an established line of referrals ready for the right candidate. From the start, there is the potential to immediately earn well above the median income for a Periodontist (prior associate made $500k year 1). The clinical philosophy for this practice is centered on delivering highly ethical, evidence-based periodontal and implant care with a strong emphasis on precision, long-term function, aesthetics, and patient comfort. The practice focuses on combining advanced technology with individualized care to achieve predictable, minimally invasive, and biologically driven outcomes.
