  • Bonita Springs, FL A growing dental practice is seeking a General Dentist to join its collaborative clinical team.
This opportunity is ideal for a dentist who is passionate about delivering high-quality patient care, building lasting patient relationships, and practicing comprehensive dentistry in a supportive environment. Key Responsibilities Perform comprehensive oral examinations, diagnose dental conditions, and develop individualized treatment plans. Provide preventive, restorative, and general dental procedures, including fillings, extractions, crowns, and other treatments within the scope of practice. Educate patients on oral health, preventive care, and treatment options. Interpret diagnostic imaging and utilize appropriate clinical tools to support patient care. Collaborate with dental assistants, hygienists, and administrative staff to ensure an efficient and positive patient experience. Maintain accurate and timely patient records. Follow established infection control, safety, and regulatory guidelines. Participate in team meetings, continuing education, and quality improvement initiatives. Qualifications Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD) degree from an accredited institution. Active or eligible dental license in the state of practice. Current Basic Life Support (BLS) and CPR certification. Strong clinical, communication, and interpersonal skills. Commitment to providing compassionate, patient-centered dental care.
