Monday-Friday | 8:00 AM•5:00

Full-Time | Direct Hire Compensation & Benefits $900•1,250/day DOE (Junior dentists start around $900/day with growth potential) 10% of office profits 3 weeks PTO Ownership opportunity after demonstrating strong clinical and leadership performance Relocation assistance available for exceptional candidates Job Summary We are seeking an Associate Dentist to join its modern PPO-only practice in Lady Lake, FL. The organization provides complete operational support—including scheduling, billing, collections, HR, compliance, marketing, and staff training—allowing dentists to focus entirely on patient care. This is an excellent opportunity for a clinically strong, ethical, and business-minded dentist interested in long-term growth and eventual ownership. Must-Have Requirements DDS or DMD from an accredited dental school Active Florida Dental License Experience performing comprehensive general dentistry procedures Experience with molar endodontics Experience operating a CBCT machine No pending disciplinary actions Strong ethics and patient-centered approach Team-oriented personality willing to assist where needed Preferred Skills Denticon Practice Management Software Digital X-rays Sirona 3D CT Imaging CEREC Digital Crown Design Implant Placement Clear Aligner Orthodontics Technology CEREC Primescan & Milling System Sirona SL3D Cone Beam (CBCT) Digital Intraoral Radiography Intraoral Cameras Solea & Waterlase Lasers (select offices) CEREC Guide 2 Surgical Guides for Implant Procedures Practice Highlights PPO-only patient base Primarily adult patients with minimal pediatric cases Modern private practice environment Comprehensive support staff (HR, Marketing, Compliance, Finance) Comprehensive treatment including implants, cosmetic dentistry, endodontics, extractions, bone grafting, and restorative procedures Ownership track for high-performing associates

Pay:
