We are seeking a skilled periodontist to join our fee-for-service practice in Lakeland, Florida. As a key member of our team, you will have the opportunity to contribute to a positive and collaborative office culture. The ideal candidate will possess strong interpersonal and leadership skills to effectively communicate with patients and work cohesively with our staff. For over 50 years, Lakeland Periodontics & Implant Dentistry has grown thoughtfully while maintaining the reputation, values and personalized approach that have defined our success. Dr. David Campbell, the current owner, returned to his hometown in 1999 to continue building a practice centered on clinical excellence, collaboration and compassion. Our practice is a boutique-style fee for service practice with a highly experienced team with minimal turnover, including team members with 2 to 46 years of service. We have a beautifully remodeled, state of the art facility that includes CBCT imaging, digital radiography, TRIOS 5 scanner and Millennium laser technology. We have a strong culture of collaboration and mutual support with our referral base. Lakeland is located in the heart of Central Florida and offers the perfect balance of professional opportunity and quality of life. We are conveniently located between Tampa and Orlando with easy access to international airports. Doctorate in Dental Medicine (DMD) or Dental Surgery (DDS) Certificate of completion from an accredited periodontics residency program Active license to practice Dentistry in Florida Active DEA registration and all applicable certifications Proficiency in, or eligibility for IV Sedation Strong interpersonal and leadership skills with a desire to contribute to a positive and collaborative office culture
