Position Overview:

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Orthodontist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be confident in diagnosing and treating orthodontic conditions, committed to clinical excellence, and able to build strong relationships with patients and staff.

Responsibilities:

Diagnose and develop treatment plans for orthodontic patients Provide comprehensive orthodontic care, including braces and clear aligners Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment as needed Maintain accurate and detailed patient records Collaborate with general dentists and team members to ensure optimal patient care Educate patients on treatment options and oral health

Qualifications:

DDS or DMD degree from an accredited dental school Completion of an accredited orthodontic residency program Active state dental license in Florida Strong clinical and communication skills Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience with Invisalign or other clear aligner systems Prior experience in a private practice or group setting
