The Opportunity:
You will step into a premier luxury clinic environment. We provide the qualified high-ticket leads, the latest technology, and a dedicated Treatment Coordinator to close your cases. You focus purely on clinical excellence and mastering your craft.
Key Responsibilities:

Aesthetic & Restorative Excellence Smile Architecture:
Perform flawless restorative work and train to execute advanced porcelain veneers, composite bonding, and full-mouth rehabilitations.
Clinical Precision:
Deliver functional, long-lasting results. We will help you refine your understanding of occlusion, vertical dimension, and facial harmony in complex cases.
Digital Workflow:
Utilize modern digital dentistry tools (intraoral scanners, 3D imaging, and Digital Smile Design principles) to predictably plan cases. 2.
Patient Authority & Case Acceptance Clinical Leadership:
Partner seamlessly with our Treatment Coordinators. You provide the clinical authority and empathy needed to present treatment plans and gain patient trust.
Patient Experience:
Deliver a painless, concierge-level experience in the chair, ensuring patients feel safe, heard, and thrilled with their results. 3.
Documentation & Collaboration Impeccable Records:
Maintain detailed, accurate clinical notes and treatment plans within our EMR (Dentrix).
Team Synergy:
Work closely with our elite dental assistants and front desk team to ensure a frictionless daily flow.
What We're Looking For:
Licensure:
Valid DDS or DMD license to practice in the state of Florida.
Experience:
A strong foundation in clinical dentistry. Advanced cosmetic experience is a plus, but exceptional hand skills and a relentless desire to learn high-end aesthetics are non-negotiable.
Language:
