Job Description

Job Summary We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Dentist to join our dental team across our broward centers. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality dental care to patients of all ages, with a focus on preventative and restorative treatments. The Dentist will be responsible for diagnosing oral diseases, developing treatment plans, and performing various dental procedures in a clinical setting. A strong commitment to patient care and comfort is essential. Responsibilities Conduct thorough examinations of patients' teeth and gums to assess oral health. Diagnose dental conditions and develop appropriate treatment plans. Perform a variety of dental procedures, including fillings, extractions, root canals, and oral surgeries. Educate patients on oral hygiene practices and preventative care. Maintain accurate medical records in compliance with HIPAA regulations. Collaborate with dental hygienists and assistants to ensure efficient patient care. Stay updated on the latest advancements in dentistry and incorporate them into practice. Manage patient interactions with empathy and professionalism. Qualifications Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Medicine in Dentistry (DMD) degree from an accredited institution. Valid state dental license to practice dentistry. Experience in pediatrics is preferred but not required. Familiarity with medical terminology, dental terminology, and four-handed dentistry techniques. Knowledge of oral surgery procedures and prosthodontics is a plus. Experience working in a dental office or clinic setting is desirable. Strong communication skills and the ability to build rapport with patients. Commitment to maintaining patient confidentiality and adhering to HIPAA guidelines.
