If you're looking for a low-pressure, high-quality environment where you can focus on excellent care and help grow a new orthodontic presence, we'd love to connect We are a thriving, privately owned pediatric dental practice expanding our orthodontic services and seeking a friendly, skilled Orthodontist to join us one day per week to start. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a warm, patient-centered environment and is excited to help shape a growing orthodontic program within an established pediatric practice. About Our Practice We are a modern, highly regarded pediatric dental office focused on delivering exceptional care in a fun, supportive environment for children and families. Our team is known for clinical excellence, strong communication, and a genuine commitment to making dental visits positive experiences. As we continue to grow, we are expanding our in-house orthodontic offerings to better serve our patients and keep comprehensive care within our practice. What We're Looking For DDS/DMD with completion of an accredited Orthodontic residency Active Florida dental license (or ability to obtain one) Passion for working with children and adolescents Strong clinical skills in Phase I / interceptive orthodontics (comprehensive ortho experience is a plus) Excellent communication skills with parents and patients A collaborative, team-oriented approach What You'll Do Diagnose and treat orthodontic patients within a pediatric setting Provide Phase I/interceptive orthodontic treatment and growth guidance Collaborate with pediatric dentists to coordinate comprehensive care Educate families and build long-term patient relationships Help develop and grow our in-house orthodontic program What We Offer Flexible 1 day per week to start , with opportunity for growth Competitive daily compensation Established patient base with strong internal referrals Modern technology and well-trained clinical team Supportive, positive practice culture Opportunity to help build and shape an expanding orthodontic program
