  • Plantation is a patient-centered, biological and holistic dental practice dedicated to whole-body wellness.
With a team of four general dentists , we provide comprehensive, ethical, and education-driven care in a supportive and collaborative environment. Our focus is on long-term oral health, prevention, and treatments that align with overall systemic health. Position Overview The Treatment Coordinator plays a vital role in guiding patients through their dental care journey. This position is responsible for presenting treatment plans, educating patients on recommended care, coordinating financial arrangements, and ensuring a seamless experience from diagnosis to treatment completion. The ideal candidate is compassionate, detail-oriented, and confident in communicating comprehensive and biologically focused treatment options. Key Responsibilities Present and explain treatment plans clearly, confidently, and compassionately Educate patients on biological and holistic dental treatment options , benefits, and alternatives Review diagnostic findings with patients using intraoral photos, CBCT scans, and digital imaging Coordinate treatment plans among multiple providers to ensure continuity of care Discuss insurance benefits, estimates, and financial arrangements Offer payment options and assist patients in selecting the best financial solution Obtain treatment acceptance and schedule appointments accordingly Maintain accurate and detailed documentation in the practice management system Follow up with patients regarding pending or unscheduled treatment Collaborate closely with doctors, hygienists, and front office team Ensure a positive, stress-free patient experience built on trust and education Qualifications & Skills Minimum 2 years of dental treatment coordination or dental office experience preferred Strong understanding of general dentistry procedures (experience with holistic/biological dentistry is a plus) Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to confidently discuss treatment costs and financial options Organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment Proficient with dental software and digital imaging systems Professional, compassionate, and patient-focused demeanor Why Join My Dentist for Life
