We are passionate about creating a welcoming experience for our patients and their families, and it all starts at the front desk.
Position:
Front Office Coordinator Experience:
1-2 years dental experience required
Software:
Open Dental experience preferred Responsibilities include: Greeting patients and families with a warm, positive attitude Scheduling appointments and managing the daily schedule Answering phones, texts, and emails professionally Verifying insurance benefits and explaining treatment estimates Collecting payments and posting transactions Maintaining accurate patient records in Open Dental Supporting the clinical team to keep the office running smoothly What we're looking for: 1-2 years of dental front office experience required Experience with Open Dental strongly preferred Excellent communication and customer service skills Organized, detail-oriented, and dependable Comfortable working with children and families Team-player mindset with a positive attitude Why join us?
