Independent Contractor, 1099 Position Overview Apex Oral Surgery is seeking a motivated Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeon to join our growing private practice in Tallahassee, Florida. This opportunity offers a competitive guaranteed daily minimum with additional monthly compensation based on the surgeon's adjusted collections. It is designed for an OMFS seeking strong earning potential, provider autonomy, flexible weekend-focused work, and the opportunity to grow with an expanding private practice. Clinical Scope This is a full-scope OMFS opportunity. The practice's primary case mix includes: Surgical and nonsurgical extractions Third-molar surgery Dental implant placement Bone grafting and related procedures IV sedation and office-based anesthesia Additional oral and maxillofacial procedures within the surgeon's training and comfort level Practice Support and Facilities The surgeon will work in a fully operational, clinically ready oral surgery facility equipped with CBCT imaging and the equipment necessary to perform office-based oral surgery and anesthesia.
