Our client is seeking a compassionate Pediatric Dentist or an experienced General Dentist with pediatric experience to join a thriving, modern pediatric dental practice in Albany, Georgia. Why You'll Love Working Here $200,000-$350,000+ earning potential Paid on a percentage of adjusted collections (including hygiene) Full benefits package Malpractice insurance provided Continuing Education support Mentorship from experienced providers Clinical autonomy with operational support Path to ownership Modern, fully digital office Established, high-volume pediatric patient base Responsibilities Provide comprehensive dental care for pediatric patients ages 1-21, with the majority of patients between 3-9 years old Perform Stainless Steel Crowns (SSCs), fillings, pulpotomies, and simple extractions Complete hygiene checks and recare exams throughout the day Provide same-day treatment when clinically appropriate Build trusting relationships with children and their families Educate patients and parents on lifelong oral health habits Deliver exceptional patient-centered care in a busy pediatric practice Qualifications DDS or DMD degree from an accredited dental school Pediatric Dentist or General Dentist with at least one year of experience treating pediatric patients Georgia dental license (or eligibility to obtain) Active Medicaid Provider ID Current Nitrous Oxide Certification (if required by state) Comfortable treating pediatric patients ages 1-21, primarily ages 3-9 Comfortable managing patient behavior and communicating effectively with children and parents Strong communication and interpersonal skills Team-oriented with a compassionate, patient-focused approach Practice Environment 100% pediatric patient base with approximately 70% Medicaid patients Comfortable seeing 35-50 patients per day Manage approximately 12-15 operative patients daily while completing hygiene checks Approximately 70% hygiene checks and recare exams Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-volume pediatric office Team Culture Collaborate with doctors, hygienists, assistants, and office staff Demonstrate strong communication and teamwork skills Enjoy caring for Medicaid and underserved patient populations Maintain a positive, patient-focused attitude in a busy clinical setting Schedule Full-time 4-5 days per week Monday-Friday with optional Saturdays Why Albany?
