We are seeking an experienced, independent Full-Time or Part-Time Dentist (1099 Contractor) who wants a stable, low-stress clinical role inside a fast-paced, high-production practice. You will enjoy total clinical autonomy and a consistent, flexible schedule without any of the burdens of administration, HR, or management tasks. Compensation and Support This full-time or part-time position hiring in Atlanta GA, Birmingham, AL or Dallas, TX and offers a highly competitive salary range of $80,927 to $257,218 (depending on days worked) per year. You will step into an established office backed by a massive marketing platform, modern technology, and Dentrix Ascend systems. Best of all, you will be fully supported by a trained, dedicated clinical team so you can focus entirely on what you do best: treating patients. Clinical Scope and Qualifications Your daily practice will include comprehensive exams, treatment planning, restorative care like fillings, crowns, and bridges, as well as simple and surgical procedures. Because this is a high-production role, you must be confident performing endodontic procedures, including root canals and molar endo . To join our team, you must have a DDS or DMD from an accredited program, an active Georgia State Dental License, Alabama State Dental License or Texas State Dental License depending on which location you'd prefer to work in and in good standing with at least 2 years of clinical experience. Candidates must also maintain their own professional malpractice insurance and feel comfortable working independently alongside our support staff.
