Patient Care & Treatment:
Conduct thorough examinations and diagnoses. Create personalized treatment plans, emphasizing patient education and involvement. Execute procedures in restorative, cosmetic, and preventative dentistry following practice protocols.Collaboration & Teamwork:
Collaborate with dental hygienists, dental assistants, and administrative staff to optimize workflows and deliver seamless patient experiences. Support and mentor junior team members or recent graduates where appropriate.Maintain Quality Standards:
Uphold the highest standards of infection control and safety as mandated by regulatory bodies and practice policies. Use the latest technologies and materials to achieve excellent clinical outcomes.Professional Development:
Engage in continued education to keep pace with emerging dental techniques and innovations. Participate in team trainings, case reviews, and practice development initiatives to drive collective success.Qualifications:
Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD) from an accredited dental school. Active Hawaii Dental License (or eligibility for licensure in Hawaii).Clinical Experience:
Prior experience in a dental practice is preferred, though new graduates with strong clinical competencies and a passion for ongoing learning are also encouraged to apply.Excellent Communication Skills:
Ability to converse with and educate a diverse patient population.Team-Focused Mindset:
