Job Description

We are seeking a compassionate, confident Pediatric Speech-Language Pathologist to support a small, established caseload on the beautiful island of Kauai this summer. This is an ideal opportunity for an SLP looking for meaningful, rewarding work without burnout. Perfect for someone wanting flexibility, supplemental income, or a lifestyle-centered schedule while enjoying island living. Position Highlights $90/hour 6-8 patients per week (home/library) sessions Flexible 2-day schedule (End of June-August) with option to keep schedule for the right candidate
Tuesdays:
1:45pm-5:30pm Thursdays 12:45pm-4:15pm Established pediatric caseload Service areas Kapaa/Kapahi (East side of island) Supportive, child-centered practice environment Opportunity to build strong family relationships and make a lasting impact Must have Hawaii license to practice Ideal Candidate Pediatric SLP with experience in: Early Intervention Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) Parent coaching and play-based therapy approaches Warm, collaborative, and reliable personality Values quality care and connection with families This role is especially attractive for therapists seeking balance, autonomy, and the chance to practice in one of the most beautiful locations in Hawaii.
