We are seeking a friendly, organized, and experienced Front Office Treatment Coordinator to join our growing pediatric dental team full time. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, loves working with children and parents, and is committed to delivering exceptional patient care and customer service. Position Details Full-time Monday through
Friday Pay:
$21-$25 per hour based on experience PTO offered Health care stipend provided 401k with matching Responsibilities Coordinate and present treatment plans to parents and guardians Verify insurance benefits and explain financial arrangements Schedule appointments and manage patient flow Answer phones and provide exceptional customer service Support front office operations and maintain accurate patient records Collaborate closely with doctors and clinical team members Create a warm, welcoming environment for pediatric patients and families Qualifications 3-5 years of dental front office or treatment coordinating experience required Pediatric dental experience preferred Strong communication and organizational skills Experience with dental software and insurance verification Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset Ability to multitask in a busy office environment If you are an experienced dental professional looking to join a fun, compassionate, and patient-focused pediatric practice, we would love to meet you!
