- Most oral surgery positions pay you like an employee. This one pays you like a partner from Day 1 — with a real path to ownership. DNTL Surgery is expanding into new markets and seeking Oral & Maxillofacial Surgeons to grow with us. We are building a surgeon-led platform and are looking for the right people to be part of it.
- Compensation
- 35% of personal collections
- — paid from Day 1
- No buy-in required to begin receiving partner-level pay
- Most DSOs pay 28-32% of production with no ownership. We pay more, and ownership is on the table.
- Surgeons operating in established markets have significant earnings upside through collections and ownership participation
- Travel Day's available to supplement income for minimum $5,000 per day base
- Ownership
- True equity ownership available for the right fit — not phantom equity
- Partner track from Day 1 with transparent economics
- Vesting structure and equity terms discussed individually based on market and fit
- This is not a DSO. You will have a seat at the table.
- Schedule
- 3-4 days clinical days in a single location, 1 travel day available
- Flexibility to expand days and locations as volume grows
- Some markets have established referral bases ready for a surgeon
- Travel surgery available across built-out markets — if that is your preference, daily minimums can be discussed
- Clinical Scope
- Strong emphasis on dentoalveolar surgery and IV / GA anesthesia
- Broad or narrow scope based on surgeon preference
- Ability to grow into implants, full-arch rehabilitation, and advanced procedures
- Opportunity to build into a surgery center model as markets mature
- Practice Environment
- Centralized support — billing, credentialing, and scheduling handled for you
- No overhead management, no administrative burden
- CBCT-equipped offices and implant-ready surgical suites in select markets
- GP, pediatric, and orthodontic referral relationships in place in established locations
- Qualifications
- DDS or DMD required
- Graduation from an ADA-accredited Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery residency
- Board-Eligible or Board-Certified preferred but not required
- Eligible for state licensure and DEA registration in target market
- Comfortable with high-volume dentoalveolar cases and IV / GA anesthesia
- Compensation, equity terms, and schedule are negotiated individually based on market and candidate. Daily minimums for travel surgery roles are available and discussed separately. This posting does not constitute a binding offer.
