Job Description

Pay:
$180,000+ annually based on experience + $20,000 sign-on bonus
Job Type:
Full-Time Community Health Center of Fort Dodge, Inc. (CHCFD) is growing—and so is our impact. We are seeking THREE Additional passionate, mission-driven Dentists to serve in our newly expanded clinics in Clarion, Mason City and Spencer, Iowa , part of our FQHC network serving 10 counties.
What We Offer:
$20,000 sign-on bonus H1B visa sponsorship (cap-exempt) — international candidates encouraged to apply! (Must have US Schooling) Choose your schedule: 4- or 5-day workweek Team-based support with RDHs, dental assistants, and administrative staff Access to underserved populations with rewarding work
Key Responsibilities:
Perform comprehensive oral exams, radiographic evaluations, and treatments Develop and manage treatment plans including preventive and restorative care Refer patients to specialists when necessary Follow all clinical protocols, procedures, and documentation standards
Requirements:
DDS or DMD from an accredited dental school Active or eligible Iowa dental license Current BLS (CPR) certification Experience in community health or public service preferred, but not required Why Iowa?
