Job Description

Description The Iowa Primary Care Association is actively recruiting a full-time General Dentist to provide care at a vibrant community health center (FQHC) in Keokuk, IA !
Position Highlights:
Work/Life Balance:
flexible schedule within clinic hours seeing on average 15 patients per day + hygiene checks Full supportive team includes: 2 dentists, 2 registered dental hygienists, dental assistants, & support staff
Financial Support:
Eligible for up to $50,000 in student loan repayment through state & federal programs
Competitive Salary:
$197,000-$234,000 based on experience + production incentive

Continuing Education:
5-10 paid days + $3000-$4000/year Additional $5 per hygienist chart they sign off, paid monthly (estimated between $6000-$12,000 more annually) Eligible for $10,000 bonus each year when signing a 3-year contract and could continue annually for up to 5 years.
Paid Time Off:
20-28 PTO days/year + 7 paid holidays
