Job Title:
Dentist We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Dentist for a full-time position located in Council, ID . This role involves supervising dental staff and providing comprehensive dental care within a multidisciplinary clinic. Join our team to deliver high-quality healthcare services to the residents of Adams County and surrounding areas. Responsibilities Supervise dental staff under the direction of the Dental Director. Attend clinic management meetings and participate in planning services. Monitor and evaluate dental team objectives and patient care quality. Develop and maintain the dental monthly schedule to ensure patient coverage. Provide dental care to patients while ensuring compliance with confidentiality and professional standards. Qualifications Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Medicine in Dentistry (DMD) required. State licensure is mandatory. Strong leadership qualities and organizational skills. Ability to work independently and function as part of a multidisciplinary team. Understanding of socio-economic status and respect for individual differences. Schedule This position offers a Monday through Thursday schedule, with 32-40 hours per week and no nights or weekends. Compensation The salary for this position ranges from $120,000 to $180,000 , commensurate with experience and qualifications. Benefits Excellent benefits package.
