The Ideal Candidate We are seeking a clinician who: Provides exceptional patient care and clinical excellence Values interdisciplinary treatment planning and collaboration Builds trust and rapport with patients, referring doctors, and team members Communicates confidently and professionally Demonstrates initiative, accountability, and leadership potential Embraces feedback and continuous growth Is interested in becoming an integral part of the practice and community Desires a long-term opportunity with future partnership potential Qualifications Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD) or Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) Completion of an accredited U.S. Periodontics Residency Program Illinois dental and specialty license (or ability to obtain) Current CPR certification Clinical competency in periodontal therapy, implant placement, and related surgical procedures Strong interpersonal and communication skills
