Clinical Magnet, a division of ICON Medical Network , has a need for an Associate Dentist with a well-established DPO. Located in Fort Wayne, IN!
Job Details:
Join 3 Dentists in a busy practice, need is due to volume 4 day work week Opportunity for ownership $15,000 Sign on Bonus 15 operatories Robust CE program that is free for Dentists Earn $250k+ in year one! Responsibilities Perform general dentistry procedures including examinations, cleanings, fillings, crowns, and root canal therapy with precision and care Conduct patient assessments to determine treatment needs while explaining procedures clearly and compassionately Utilize dental terminology accurately to communicate diagnoses and treatment plans effectively Assist with oral surgery procedures such as dental extractions and other surgical interventions following aseptic techniques Implement infection control protocols in accordance with HIPAA regulations and industry standards to ensure patient safety Maintain accurate medical documentation, medical records, and dental records using practice management software such as Epic, Eaglesoft, or Dentrix Collaborate with the dental team to deliver four-handed dentistry for efficient patient care and comfort Use medical imaging tools to diagnose issues related to anatomy knowledge and plan appropriate treatments Stay current with advancements in pediatric dentistry, prosthodontics, endodontics, and other specialties relevant to general dentistry practice Qualifications Valid state license to practice dentistry as an Associate Dentist or equivalent credential Proven experience in dental office or clinic settings with proficiency in dental fabrication, root canal therapy, and dental extractions Strong knowledge of medical terminology, medical documentation standards, and infection control practices Familiarity with electronic health records systems such as Epic, Eaglesoft, or Dentrix is highly preferred Excellent patient care skills with the ability to assess patient needs thoroughly and communicate effectively Knowledge of HIPAA regulations ensuring confidentiality and privacy of patient information Ability to work efficiently within a team environment while maintaining high standards of clinical excellence Prior experience in pediatric dentistry or working with diverse patient populations is a plus
Pay:
$250,000.00 - $300,000.00 per year
