Full-Time | Permanent Role Overview We are seeking a compassionate, motivated General Dentist to serve as the primary provider in an established private practice. In this role, you will lead patient care with full clinical autonomy, deliver comprehensive restorative and preventive services to a thriving patient base, and enjoy a direct pathway to practice ownership. Key Responsibilities Perform comprehensive oral examinations, diagnostic evaluations, and treatment planning. Provide restorative and general dental care, including crowns, bridges, fillings, extractions, and root canal therapy. Educate patients on long-term oral health, preventive care, and treatment options. Oversee and collaborate with an experienced clinical and administrative support team in a modern, recently renovated facility. Utilize practice management software to document treatment plans and maintain HIPAA compliance. Qualifications DDS or DMD degree from an accredited dental school. Active Indiana Dental License (or eligibility to obtain licensure). Strong diagnostic, case presentation, and clinical treatment planning skills. Experience or interest in implant dentistry and endodontics is a plus. Team-oriented mindset with a commitment to patient-centered care.
