Job Description

In the Fort Wayne area there are currently 2-5 days available depending on provider availability. eeking a General Dentist with heart for the Geriatric and Underserved Communities! The Dental Care you provide gives the residents of the facilities we serve their dignity and quality of life! As a 1099 Independent Contractor, you will receive great compensation and enjoy a flexible schedule. No evenings or weekends as we work around your availability. Dentist Responsibilities:
  • Travel to skilled nursing and long term care facilities.
  • Provide comprehensive dental care in the areas of preventative dentistry, removable prosthodontic, and oral surgery.
  • Properly document all procedures and treatment utilizing our EMR system.
  • Follow established standards, protocols, and practices.
  • Provide supervision of Dental Assistant and Dental Hygienist working as a team.
Preferred Skills:
  • Strong verbal and written communication
  • Ability to connect with geriatric patients with empathy and compassion
  • Excellent eye for detail
