Full-Time Compensation & Benefits:
Sign-on bonus available. 6-month guaranteed base salary. 35% of collections after guarantee period. Strong earning potential with established patient flow. Position Summary:
We are seeking a motivated General Dentist to join a well-established, patient-focused practice in Fort Wayne, IN. This opportunity offers a strong clinical foundation, modern technology, and the ability to practice with autonomy while being supported by an experienced team. Ideal for a provider looking to grow clinically and financially, this role offers long-term potential with a clear path to partnership.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide comprehensive dental care including diagnostic, preventive, restorative, and surgical procedures. Diagnose conditions and develop comprehensive treatment plans. Educate patients on oral health, treatment options, and post-care instructions. Maintain accurate and compliant patient records. Lead and collaborate with clinical support staff to ensure efficient patient care. Adhere to all clinical protocols, regulatory requirements, and safety standards (OSHA, HIPAA, state guidelines). Deliver a high level of patient-centered care and clinical excellence.
Qualifications:
DDS or DMD from an accredited dental program. Active or in-process dental license in the state of Indiana. Strong commitment to ethical, patient-centered care. Comfortable utilizing modern dental technology. Growth-oriented mindset with interest in long-term development. Open to all experience levels.
