Job Description

We are seeking a skilled, compassionate Dentist to join our Michigan City, Indiana team in a full-time role. You will deliver comprehensive, patient-centered dental care in a collaborative environment, providing clinical services and supervising support staff to ensure high-quality outcomes.
Key responsibilities:
Deliver comprehensive general dentistry including exams, diagnosis, treatment planning, and restorative care for patients of all ages Provide patient-focused care that emphasizes comfort, communication, and preventive education Supervise and mentor Dental Assistants and Dental Hygienists as assigned Maintain accurate, timely clinical documentation and ensure care continuity Ensure compliance with Indiana dental laws, regulations, and organizational policies Collaborate with multidisciplinary providers to support whole-person care
Qualifications:
DDS or DMD from an accredited dental school Active Indiana dental license or eligibility for licensure Minimum one year of clinical experience Experience in a not-for-profit or community health setting preferred Strong organizational, communication, and teamwork skills Flexible, detail-oriented approach with the ability to adapt in a dynamic clinical setting Compensation and benefits: Competitive salary with a full benefits package, including medical, dental, vision, retirement plan, and paid time off.
