Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Associate Dentist with a passion for delivering exceptional patient care and advancing their career towards partnership. This dynamic role offers the opportunity to work in a collaborative dental environment, utilizing state-of-the-art technology including Dentrix dental software, Cerec
CAD/CAM, 3D
Imaging and comprehensive treatment planning. As an integral part of our long-term team, you will provide high-quality general dentistry services, while fostering strong patient relationships. The position is designed to support your growth into a partnership role, offering mentorship, professional development, and leadership opportunities. Responsibilities Provide high-quality, comprehensive dental care to patients of all ages. Formulate comprehensive treatment plans and educate patients on oral health. Maintain accurate, digital patient clinical records. Requirements DDS or DMD degree from an accredited dental school. Active, unrestricted dental license in the state of Kansas (or eligible to obtain). Strong clinical skills in general dentistry. Excellent communication skills and a compassionate chairside manner. Pay:
$200,000.00 - $225,000.00 per year
